Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Oversee daily office operations including vendor coordination, procurement, and facilities.

Handle payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS).

Develop, implement, and monitor HR & operational policies.

Act as a bridge between departments and management for smooth communication.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage HR, admin, and compliance functions independently.

Positive knowledge of payroll, statutory filings, and labor law compliance.

Experience in handling both HR and Operations responsibilities.
