Role : HR Recruiter

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: MBA (HR preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and employee references.

Conducting screenings, interviews, and handling bulk hiring for shop floor and technical positions.

Maintaining recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases.

Collaborating with department heads to meet manpower requirements.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and building strong talent pipelines for future needs.

Candidate Profile:

Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and manufacturing hiring.

Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

MBA in HR (preferred) or relevant qualification.
