Job Summary: The Denodo Admin with Linux skills will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Denodo Platform on Linux servers. This role requires a deep understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and database management, as well as proficiency in Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Denodo environments and ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Denodo Platform on Linux servers.
- Manage and monitor Denodo environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement data integration solutions using Denodo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Denodo Platform and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business analysts to design and optimize data integration workflows.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.




- Provide support and training to users and stakeholders on Denodo Platform usage.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in administering Denodo Platform.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Solid understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Denodo certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with other data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
