Job Title: D365 Commerce (or) Retail - POS
Required years of Exp: 8 to 15 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata & Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant - D365 Commerce with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Commerce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable retail solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and integrate solutions using Microsoft Commerce SDK.
- Design, develop, and support D365 Commerce extensions, including:
- Commerce Runtime (CRT)
- Retail Server APIs
- Commerce Scale Unit (CSU)
- Store Commerce / POS
- Hardware Extensions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using CSU through synchronous and asynchronous approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F&O; Commerce functionality, integrations, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants,



and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure best practices for development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 Commerce capabilities and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Strong experience in:
- Store Commerce / MPOS development
- CPOS development
- Commerce Runtime (CRT) extensibility
- Retail Server extensions
- Commerce Scale Unit (CSU)
- Deep understanding of D365 Commerce/Retail architecture and extension frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing POS application extensions.
- Expertise in:
- Type Script
- Knockout.js
- ASP.NET Web API
- WCF & WCF Data Services
- Experience integrating D365 Commerce with third-party applications and services.
- Functional understanding of Commerce modules and integrations with D365 Finance & Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with D365 Commerce Hardware Extensibility Framework.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certifications.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
