Job Location: Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities :

As an Assistant Manager - Operations & Marketing, you'll work directly with the Co-Founder and Marketing Director on:

- Planning, coordinating and executing events, workshops and festival experiences.
- Managing vendors, partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Supporting brand collaborations, sponsorships and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, documenting key discussion points and tracking action items until completion.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining timelines and ensuring smooth execution across teams.
- Assisting in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, meeting notes and other business documents for leadership discussions.
- Conducting research on potential partners, sponsors, competitors, vendors and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Following up with clients, partners, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution of commitments and deliverables.
- Coordinating travel itineraries, accommodation and logistics for business meetings,



events and outstation travel.
- Organising and maintaining important documents, contracts, trackers and project-related records for the leadership team.
- Acting as a coordination bridge between leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates across ongoing projects.
- Identifying problems, finding creative solutions and taking ownership to see them through.
- Contributing across functions wherever required, with the flexibility to take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 0–2.5 years of experience after graduation.
- Candidates with more than 3 years of work experience are requested not to apply.
- Candidates from Mass Communication or BBA backgrounds will be preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is equally comfortable brainstorming ideas as they are executing them.
- Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn will go a long way in succeeding in this role.
