About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate business insights and recommend improvements.
- Create visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
- Maintain data documentation and reporting standards.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with Power BI




- Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Basic understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Python or Tableau is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Experience working with large datasets is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
