Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, specializing in SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP BW Security. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Analytics Security and SAP HANA Database Security, with the ability to manage complex SAP landscapes.

Candidates with 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects will have an added advantage.

The ideal professional should be proactive, quick to adapt to new technologies, and capable of solving complex security and authorization challenges while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security and Authorization solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW environments.
- Create, modify, and manage SAP roles, profiles, authorizations, and user administration.
- Perform user provisioning, role maintenance, and authorization troubleshooting.
- Configure and manage SAP HANA Database Security, including privileges and access controls.
- Implement and support SAP Analytics Security, ensuring secure access to reporting and analytics.
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD)



analysis and support compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design secure authorization concepts.
- Analyze and resolve authorization-related issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Support SAP Security during system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Perform security reviews, risk assessments, and recommend best practices.
- Prepare security documentation, role design documents, and audit reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA Security
- SAP BW Security
- SAP HANA Database Security
- SAP Analytics Security
- Experience in SAP Role Design, User Administration, Authorization Objects, and Profile Management.
- Good understanding of SAP Security architecture and authorization concepts.
- Experience handling complex SAP landscapes and multiple environments.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control is desirable.
- Solid analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori Security and Gateway Security is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Security concepts is desirable.
- SAP Security certification is a plus.
