Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and customer follow-ups.
- Assign leads and ensure timely conversion through effective CRM management.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
- Support the team during customer interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales Consultants.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




- 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license preferred.
