We're looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities within the IT staffing and technology services market.
- Prospect clients through calls, emails, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in IT Staffing or Technology Services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment services.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with Linked In, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of German, French, or any European language is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
