Preferred Background: Candidates from Service-Based IT Consulting/Staffing Organizations preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding IT professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

The recruiter should possess strong expertise in hiring for various technology domains and have experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS portals, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates through detailed interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, visa status, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Submit qualified candidates within defined turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations, hiring processes, and documentation requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates to support long-term hiring needs.




- Meet recruitment KPIs related to submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for contract, C2H, and full-time hiring.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
- Experience recruiting across technologies such as:
- Java
- .NET
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Engineering
- Dev Ops
- Cybersecurity
- ERP (SAP, Oracle)
- QA/Automation
- Business Analysis and Project Management
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with service-based IT consulting or staffing firms.
- Strong understanding of the US IT talent market and sourcing strategies.
- Experience handling high-volume recruiting requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Success Factors or similar platforms.
