Job Description

We are looking for a Service Now Functional Test Automator with strong experience in functional test automation, Service Now testing, API testing, BDD automation, and CI/CD-based continuous testing.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Service Now applications and workflows. The role requires strong understanding of Service Now platform behavior, business processes, data model, UI testing, API testing, and end-to-end regression automation.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Location: Noida

Must Have Skills:

- Strong Experience in Service Now functional testing




- Strong Experience in Service Now REST/SOAP API testing
- Solid Experience in Selenium automation testing
- Strong Experience in Java Script or Java automation scripting
- Strong Experience in BDD, TDD, and data-driven testing

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience testing Service Now CSM, ITSM, custom scoped applications, and integrations
- Service Portal, Employee Center, Workspace, and UI Builder testing
- Service Now Automated Test Framework
- Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and catalog workflow testing
- Jenkins or Git Lab CI integration
- Defect management and test reporting tools such as Octane, Jira, or similar
- Service Now table structure, records, encoded queries, and data validation
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- Banking or financial services domain knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Mandatory certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level.

Preferred certifications: ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Service Now Certified System Administrator, Service Now Micro-Certification in Automated Test Framework, Service Now Micro-Certification in Flow Designer.
