Hiring MIS- Analyst for a Reputed/US MNC company located at Mohali

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and present business data to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis, performance tracking, and ensuring data accuracy across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and generate meaningful insights.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.

2. Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyze sales, operations, finance, and marketing data.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

• Track key business KPIs and performance metrics.

3. Data Management & Quality Control

• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

• Conduct periodic data validation and reconciliation.





• Resolve data discrepancies with concerned departments.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools.

• Improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

• Create templates and standardized reporting formats.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Product, and Management teams.

• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders.

• Support management with data-driven presentations and reports.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Power BI / Tableau Dashboard Development.

• Google Sheets and Reporting Automation.

• Robust data visualization and presentation skills.
