Summary:
The Kinaxis Developer plays a critical role in driving supply chain optimization through the implementation and configuration of Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent planning solutions. With 4 -9 years of hands -on experience in supply chain planning systems such as Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP/APO, this role focuses on delivering robust, scalable solutions across Demand Planning, S&OP;, Supply Planning, and Production Planning. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in supply chain processes and a strong foundation in Kinaxis configuration and workbook development. Collaborating closely with cross -functional teams, the developer ensures seamless deployment, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives across diverse industry domains. This role is integral to enabling data -driven decision -making and operational excellence within energetic, agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and author solutions within Kinaxis Rapid Response, including workbooks, scenarios, perspectives, hierarchies, filters, alerts, and control tables.
- Design and implement data models with custom fields and tables to support business -specific planning processes.
- Lead functional design, documentation, and solution development for planning workflows across demand, supply, and production planning.
- Conduct fit -gap analysis and provide actionable insights by analyzing supply chain operational data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver iterative, high -impact solutions using Scrum methodologies.
- Develop and maintain testing and training scenarios to ensure system readiness and user adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, process optimization, and solution design.
- Support deployment and enhancement of planning solutions across multiple business lines and industry domains.
