- **Ticketing Support:** Help passengers with ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring they understand the process.
- **Safety and Security Checks:** Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations, including monitoring luggage and passenger compliance.
- **Coordination with Crew:** Communicate essential information about flight schedules and special passenger needs to the airline crew and other relevant staff.
