We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer / Data Analyst with 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in Life Sciences or a related domain. The ideal candidate will have robust hands -on expertise in dashboard development and migration from Tableau to Power BI, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to work directly with clients while leading analytical initiatives and mentoring team members.

· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

- Lead and support the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful BI solutions.





- Perform complex data analysis and data validation using SQL across large datasets.

- Partner with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, present insights, and drive data -driven decision -making.

- Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across BI tools and backend data sources.

- Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
