- Support the Finance Controller in managing day-to-day financial operations and controls
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary and insights
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately, with prompt resolution of reconciling items
- Contribute to the year-end close process and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit
- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Support the development and submission of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and performance insights
- Maintain high standards of financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualified qualification (CA/CMA preferred)
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
