Malhotra’s Indian Ethnic is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support business reporting across retail and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Manage sales, purchase, expense, and payment records
- Handle GST filing, invoicing, and tax-related documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts, UPI transactions, and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and outstanding reports
- Track inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and expense summaries
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for compliance and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and manage operational expense tracking
- Handle payroll entries and staff reimbursements if required





Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- 1–4 years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in retail/fashion accounting is a plus

Preferred Skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage vendor and expense tracking efficiently
- Familiarity with UPI/bank statement reconciliation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business setting
