About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Support to support our team with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various tasks remotely, providing administrative support, and assisting in maintaining productive communication channels within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, managing phone

calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information

is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Research:



Conduct online research on various topics as required, compile information, and prepare reports or

summaries as needed.

Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects across different teams, ensuring deadlines are met and

priorities are communicated effectively.

Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers or clients as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving

issues in a professional manner.

Miscellaneous Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating

flexibility and willingness to contribute to various areas of the business.

Qualification:

Minimum requirement Bachelors completed
