- Set up and operate laminating/coating machines in accordance with job tickets, MPCC, and production specifications.
- Adjust machine parameters such as speed, temperature, tension, nip pressure, and adhesive grammage to ensure optimal lamination quality.
- Monitor the lamination process continuously to ensure proper bonding, curing, and structural integrity.
- Prepare machines for job changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime and waste.
- Complete accurate production logs, downtime reports, and material usage records.
