We are looking for an energetic and experienced Video Editing Manager who can lead our editing team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the video editing team, assign projects, and ensure timely completion.
- Review, refine, and improve videos before publishing.
- Convert scripts and raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.
- Enhance storytelling through pacing, B-rolls, graphics, motion graphics, sound design, and music.
- Maintain consistent video quality and visual standards across all content.
- Collaborate with content, research, thumbnail, and production teams.
- Create editing templates, SOPs, and efficient workflows.
- Analyze audience retention insights and continuously improve editing quality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.





What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of You Tube storytelling, audience retention, and content trends.
- Ability to lead editors and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing skills is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in office from Malkapur.
