We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and scale our Institutional Channels business for our Loan Against Securities (LAS) offering. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships across National Distributors (NDs), wealth platforms, brokerages, IFAs, MFDs, family offices, and wealth-tech firms to drive business growth through intermediary-led distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow institutional partnerships across the wealth and capital markets ecosystem.
- Drive business acquisition and AUM growth through distribution channels.
- Manage high-value lending opportunities and strategic partner relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and field sales professionals.
- Work closely with product,
credit, operations, and technology teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Expand the organisation's presence within the wealth and secured lending ecosystem.
What we're looking for:
- 10–15 years of experience in wealth distribution, capital markets, institutional partnerships, or secured lending.
- Strong network across NDs, wealth firms, brokerages, IFAs, MFDs, family offices, and wealth-tech platforms.
- Proven track record in business development, relationship management, and handling high-ticket transactions.
- Leadership experience with strong commercial and execution capabilities.
