NRole: Principle Designer NAs a Principal Designer, you are responsible for managing the design for projects month-on-month, through a Junior designer.



You will ensure their productivity & work output by imparting the required training and leading discussions on designs. NWhat You'll Ownnn Manage the design of 2 to 5 projects month-on-month. N Drive Customer experience along with Relationship Management. N Ensure output on designNet Promoter Survey (Customer rating). N Training designers on technical details and managing/ leading design discussions. NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn B.Arch, B.Interior Design | Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management. N 6+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager. NnLed and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end Project Management).
