Job DescriptionHere is an urgent requirement for the Designer -Work place interiors. NLocation: HSR layout, Bangalore NWe are seeking a creativeand detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in workplace Interiors to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative workplace design solutions, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. NKey ResponsibilitiesnDevelop workplace interior design concepts aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and functional requirements. NPrepare space planning layouts, furniture plans, and workplace design solutions. NCreate detailed design presentations and material specifications. NProduce accurate working drawings. NPrepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD with a high level of accuracy. NDevelop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp for design presentations and client approvals. NCoordinate with project managers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors during design development and execution. NConduct site visits, surveys, and design audits as required. NReview shop drawings and material submissions to ensure compliance with design intent. NSupport project executionteams by resolving design-related issues during construction.



NStay updated on workplacedesign trends, materials, sustainability practices, and industry standards. NRequired Qualifications NBachelor's Degree in Architecture N3–5 years of experience in workplace interior design projects. NProven experience in corporate offices, coworking spaces, or commercial fit-out projects. NRequired SkillsnAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD. NStrong working knowledge of SketchUp. NAdvanced proficiency in PhotoShop. NSpace planning and workplace design expertise. NWorking drawing preparation and detailing skills. NMaterial and furniture specification knowledge. NKnowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, or other rendering software. NFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and presentation tools. NBasic understanding of MEP coordination and construction methodologies. NStrong design sensibilityand attention to detail. NExcellent visualization and presentation skills. NAbility to interpret client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions. NGood communication and stakeholder management skills. NStrong problem-solving and coordination abilities. NAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
