Job DescriptionGammaFlow Capital is seeking experienced derivatives traders to actively trade index and equity Futures & Options in the Indian markets (NSE/BSE). This role is suited for individuals with strong technical analysis skills, disciplined risk management, and a track record of consistent decision-making in leveraged environments. NThe position involves trading highly liquid instruments such as NIFTY, BANK NIFTY, and select stock derivatives, with a focus on structured execution rather than speculative activity. NResponsibilities: Nn Execute intraday and positional trades in index and stock derivatives N Identify high-probability trading opportunities using technical analysis N Apply disciplined risk management, including position sizing and defined stop levels N Monitor market conditions, volatility, and liquidity throughout trading sessions N Analyze option chain dynamics, implied volatility, and market sentiment N Maintain structured trade planning and post-trade evaluation N Track key market indicators such as VIX, sector movement, and macro influences N Provide periodic insights on trade rationale and performance trends NnRequirements: Nn Demonstrated experience trading Futures & Options in the Indian markets N Solid understanding ofprice action,



market structure, and technical analysis N Ability to operate consistently under fast-changing market conditions N Knowledge of derivatives mechanics, including leverage and risk exposure N Familiarity with professional trading platforms (e.G., Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, or similar) N Evidence of disciplinedtrading behavior and capital preservation mindset NnPreferred Qualifications: Nn Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field N Experience trading index derivatives such as NIFTY and BANK NIFTY N Understanding of optionstrategies, spreads, and volatility dynamics N Ability to interpret option chain data and market positioning N Awareness of macroeconomic events and their impact on market behavior N Comfort with structuredtrading processes and performance review NnWork Style & Expectations: NThis role is suited for traders who approach the market professionally and value consistency over short-term gains.
