Job DescriptionJob Title: Billing Manager (Domestic & International) NLocation: Ahmedabad | Reporting To: CFO | Department: Finance & Revenue Operations NRole SummarynOwn end-to-end billing, receivables, revenue assurance, compliance, and DSO improvement across product and service lines. Drive disciplined Order-to-Cash, ensure accurate invoicing, faster collections, and solid stakeholder alignment. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Manage invoicing for products, milestones, T&M;, and subscriptions (India & exports) N Control unbilled/deferred revenue and prevent revenue leakage N Maintain accurate AR ledger, ageing, and collection reports (weekly/monthly) N Lead monthly reviews with Delivery, Sales, Finance & CFO on billing, collections, and DSO N Ensure invoice acceptance via customer portals (SAP/Oracle/Ariba, etc.) N Strengthen SOPs, audit trails, billing cut-offs, and dispute resolution N Ensure GST,



LUT, TDS compliance and Form 26AS reconciliation N Drive DSO reduction andworking capital improvement N Use Tally ERP and MIS dashboards for visibility and control NnKPIsnn Timely, error-free invoicing N Improved invoice acceptance & reduced disputes N DSO and overdue reduction (> 90 days under control) N Strong collection efficiency (Collected vs Invoiced) N Regular MIS, stakeholder reviews, and audit readiness NnRequired Skills Nn Strong O2C, billing, AR, and revenue control knowledge N Tally ERP, GST/LUT/TDS expertise N Excellent coordination,reporting, and stakeholder management N Experience in IT/SaaS/product-services and international billing preferred N
