We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and support strategic business growth. NKey Responsibilities: NFinancial Reporting & Accounting Nn Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements. N Ensure timely month-endand year-end closing of books. N Monitor General Ledger,Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. N Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management. NnTaxation & Statutory Compliance Nn Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. N Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries. N Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters. N Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements. NnAudit & Compliance Nn Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits. N Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses. N Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks. N Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance. NnFinancial Planning& Analysis Nn Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.



N Analyze business performance and profitability across business units. N Prepare MIS reports andpresent financial insights to senior management. N Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making. NnTreasury & WorkingCapital Management Nn Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements. N Manage banking relationships and financial documentation. N Optimize fund utilization and oversee payment cycles. NnTeam Management Nn Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. N Review accounting entries and maintain financial data accuracy. N Contribute to process improvements and finance automation initiatives. NnRequired Skills: Nn Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and the Companies Act. N Understanding of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis. N Hands-on knowledge of ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred). N Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail. NnPreferred Qualifications: Nn Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI). N Freshly Qualified CAs are encouraged to apply. N Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts will have an added advantage. N Experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Aviation, Technology, or Service Industry is preferred. N Exposure to handling statutory compliances, audits, taxation, and multiple business entities will be an added advantage.
