The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination between internal teams, Compliance & Risk teams, and external stakeholders. NKey Responsibilitiesn1. Operations Management N
- Oversee day-to-day operations of: No KYC Teamno DP Operations Team No Fund Settlement Team No Trade Settlement Team No Security Settlement Team No Billing Teamn
- Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined timelines. N
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. N2. KYC & Compliance Operations N
- Monitor onboarding and KYC processes for current clients. N
- Ensure strict adherenceto regulatory requirements (SEBI / Exchanges / NDepositories).n
- Manage audit readiness and documentation processes. N
- Coordinate with compliance and risk teams when required. N3. DP & Settlement Operations N
- Supervise DP operationsincluding account opening, modifications, and closures. N
- Oversee: No Fund settlementsno Trade settlements No Security settlements N
- Ensure smooth coordination with exchanges, custodians, and depositories. N




- Liaise closely with theCompliance and Risk teams to ensure operational Nprocesses are aligned with regulatory and risk frameworks. N
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly. N4. Billing & Operational Controls N
- Oversee billing processes for clients and partners. N
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. N
- Monitor reconciliation processes and operational risk controls. N
- Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective actions. N5. Team Leadershipn
- Lead, train, and manage multiple operations teams. N
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for each team. N
- Improve team productivity and reduce operational errors. N
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings. N6. Stakeholder Coordination N
- Work closely with: No Wealth Managers / Relationship Managers No Compliance Teamno Finance Team No Technology Teamn
- Act as the single point of contact for operational escalations. NRequired Skills & Qualifications N
- 8+ years of experience in operations within Wealth Management / Stock Broking / NFinancial Servicesn
- Strong understanding of: No KYC processesnoDP operations No Fund & trade settlements No Security settlements No Billing & reconciliations N
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and operational compliance N
- Strong leadership and team management skills N
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability NPreferred Profilen
- Experience in handling large operational teams N
- Prior experience in a senior / leadership role N
- Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency N
