Job DescriptionJob Title: Energy Management System (EnMS) Coordinator NLocation: HO, Ahmedabad NRole Overview-nTolead and coordinate the Energy Management System (EnMS) in line with ISO 50001 and support the Integrated Management System (IMS). NScope of Responsibility- Nn Primary Focus: EnMS - ISO 50001 NnKey Responsibilities- NA. Core Responsibilities - EnMS (ISO 50001): N1. Energy Management System Implementation- Nn Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Energy Management System as per ISO 50001. N Develop and control EnMS documentation including procedures, SOPs, formats and records. Nn2. Energy Review &SEU; Management- Nn Conduct detailed energy reviews to identify energy sources, consumption patterns and losses. N Identify and periodically review Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) and associated variables. Nn3. Energy Performance Monitoring- Nn Establish and maintain Energy Baselines (EnB) and Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs). N Monitor energy consumption trends and normalize data based on production and operating conditions. Nn4. Metering & DataAnalysis- Nn Identify energy metering requirements and support installation and calibration of meters. N Analyze energy data andprepare dashboards, MIS and management review reports. Nn5. Energy Efficiency Projects- Nn Identify, evaluate and support implementation of energy conservation opportunities (ECOs). N Track energy savings, verify performance improvement and report ROI. Nn6. Operational Control & Utilities Management- Nn Ensure effective operational controls for SEUs such as boilers, compressors,



chillers, DG sets, HVAC and process equipment. N Integrate energy efficiency requirements into SOPs, maintenance and shutdown/start-up activities. Nn7. Design & Procurement (Energy Perspective)- Nn Ensure energy performance criteria are considered in design, modification and procurement of plant, machinery and utilities equipment. Nn8. Legal & Statutory Compliance of Energy- Nn Ensure compliancewith applicable energy-related legal and regulatory requirements (Energy Conservation Act, BEE guidelines, statutory energy audits). Nn9. EnMS Audits & Management Review- Nn Plan and conduct internal EnMS audits and coordinate certification/surveillance audits. N Support Management Review Meetings with energy performance inputs. NnB. Authority: Nn Recommend energy efficiency improvements and corrective actions. N Escalate significant energy performance deviations or non-compliance. N Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ENMS and IMS improvements. NnEducation Qualification- Nn Bachelor's Degreein Engineering - Energy / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental. N ISO 50001 Internal / Lead Auditor Certification (preferred). NnExperience-n N 5-7 yearsn Hands-on experience in energy management and ISO 50001 implementation and audits. NnKey Competencies- Nn Energy data analysis & performance monitoring. N Utilities and process energy efficiency knowledge. N Audit handling and documentation skills. N Cross-functional coordination & communication. N Continual improvement and problem-solving mindset. N
