As a creative assistant you will be responsible for strategising and assisting the founder with all brand campaigns and overall social media content marketing. The role requires you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create content that effectively captures the voice and values of our clients and brand. You will be part of a team that contributes to the development of creative strategies, storyboard production, scriptwriting, post-production processing, and video production & editing. NRole DescriptionnWe are on the lookout for the ideal candidate who loves to roll up their sleeves and turn photo & video content into compelling content that has the ability to convey impactful stories. Nn Photography skills to shoot model & product images. N Ability to shoot and edit aesthetic video content. N Trimming, cutting & arranging footage N Adding transitions, music,



sound effects and visual effects N Colour correction and colour grading N Graphic designn Knowledge of artistic editing techniques N Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions N Work on scripting and storyboarding N Ability to direct videoproduction team to ensure desired shoot objectives NnTechnical skills: Nn Be proficient andwell versed in all the desktop and mobile video editing softwares ( ex: Adobe premiere pro, lightroom, davinci resolve, final cut, Luma vision etc) N Be proficient in shooting photo and video content. Advanced understanding of lighting while filming. N Basic cinematography skills. NnJob requirements: Nn Proven experienceof video & photo editing for at least 2 years N Understanding on IG reels and understanding of how to shoot content for IG reels N Creative & aesthetic cinematography skills to create photo & video content that conveys storytelling N Creative mind and storytelling skills N Ability to hustle and adapt to challenging situations NnJob Location: NBangalore - This is a full time position
