NYour Rolenn Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards N Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules N Perform clash detectionand support clash avoidance coordination N Maintain clean, healthyBIM models following industry best practices N Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions N Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately N Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation N Work collaboratively inshared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams N Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures N Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn Technical Diplomain Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering N Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects N Proficient in Revit andAutoCAD N Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks) N Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat N Understanding of BIM principles and workflows N Strong written and spoken English skills NnWhat We Offern N Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.
