NKey Responsibilitiesn N Handle inbound customerinquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media. N Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. N Convert inbound leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building. N Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. N Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. N Follow up with leads and customers to improve engagement and maximize conversions.



N Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely issue resolution. N Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM. N Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and customer experience. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline. N 1–3 years of experiencein Customer Success and Customer Support N Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. N Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently. N Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. N Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
