Job DescriptionPosition Overview Nn The Senior ClientServicing Executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and seamless event delivery. This position requires a highly skilled skilled who can confidently manage premium clients, lead project discussions, handle budgets & costing, and oversee end-to-end coordination with internal teams and external partners. N You must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation ability, creative thinking, and leadership in every client interaction. NnKey Responsibilities NA. Client Relationship Management Nn Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients. N Build and maintain long-term, trust-driven client relationships. N Understand the client'sevent objectives and convert them into well-defined briefs. N Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions confidently. NnB. Planning & Strategy Nn Convert client briefs into strong event concepts, ideas, and themes. N Present company portfolio, capabilities, market trends, and creative suggestions. N Develop highly polishedpresentations, mood boards, and proposal decks. N Conduct in-depth research on new themes, décor trends, and creative directions. NnC. Costing & Budgeting Nn Prepare accurate costings and quotations in coordination with the costing team. N Ensure budgets are realistic, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. N Maintain profitability without compromising on quality. N Explain budgets, line items, and value additions clearly to clients. NnD. Negotiation & Closure Nn Handle client negotiations with confidence and clarity. N Follow up proactively to convert proposals into confirmed business. N Negotiate with vendors/artists to maintain cost efficiency. NnE. Project Delegation & Execution Oversight Nn Brief the ProjectHead and internal teams thoroughly on client expectations. N Ensure the execution team works exactly as per the approved plan. N Monitor timelines, quality checks, production accuracy,



and final delivery. N Provide on-ground support during event execution when required. N Resolve challenges quickly and professionally. NnF. Stakeholder Collaboration Nn Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, and production teams. N Maintain skilled and smooth communication with all external partners. NnG. Reporting & Process Compliance Nn Share project updates, client feedback, and follow-up reports with management. N Maintain documentation,databases, and SOP compliance. N Complete any additionalresponsibilities assigned by HOD or top management. NnRequired Qualifications & Experience NEducationnn Graduation / MBA in Management, Marketing, or Event Management preferred. NnExperiencen N Minimum 4+ years of experience in client servicing within events / weddings / experiential agencies. N Experience handling high-value clients and premium events is a strong advantage.
