Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Nn Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and team N Work with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production N Lead design effort and client presentations, support client relationships N Collaborate with DesignManager(s) to deliver projects on time N Coordinate with consultants N Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions N Mentor junior and intermediate design staff N Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings N Oversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawings N Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination N Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs N Participate in firm marketing, industry events and project interviews N Collaborate with designtalent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overall N Must be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project's needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project,
