Job DescriptionQualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) NExperience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Government Projects)Job Summary: NWe are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in government projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works in compliance with government norms, standards, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Nn Preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for government projects. N Development of concept designs, working drawings, and GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings. N Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery. N Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and local authority approvals. N Site visits, inspections, and monitoring of construction work to ensure design implementation. N Preparation of BOQs, specifications,



and tender documents. N Assisting in project planning, cost estimation, and documentation. N Liaising with government departments, clients, and stakeholders. N Review and approval of contractor drawings and materials. NRequired Skills: Nn Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques. N Familiarity with government project procedures and documentation. N Proficiency in softwaresuch as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, etc. N Good understanding of building bylaws, NBC, and approval processes. N Strong communication and coordination skills. N Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. NPreferred Requirements: Nn Experience in DPRpreparation and government tenders.
