Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities NProgram Managementn N Lead FATP programs fromNPI through production ramp and mass manufacturing. N Own execution plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables. N Ensure successful product launches and manufacturing readiness. NnAssembly & Production Readiness Nn Ensure readiness of assembly lines, manpower, equipment, consumables, and processes. N Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand. N Drive execution across prototype, pilot, and volume production stages. NnTest & Validation Management Nn Coordinate functional testing, reliability testing, and software flashing activities. N Ensure test stations and validation equipment are production-ready. N Track test performance and failure trends. NnQuality & Yield Improvement Nn Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), test yield, and assembly quality metrics. N Lead issue resolution related to assembly defects and test failures.



N Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality. NnCross-Functional Leadership Nn Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, SCM, Logistics, and Operations teams. N Facilitate customer program reviews and manufacturing status updates. N Drive alignment across all functions to meet launch commitment. NnProduction Ramp & Customer Delivery Nn Manage manufacturing ramp-up and stabilization activities. N Monitor production output, cycle time, and delivery performance. N Ensure customer requirements are met in terms of quality, cost, and schedule. NnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Nn First Pass Yield (FPY) N Test Yieldn Assembly Defect Rate N Cycle Timen On-Time Delivery (OTD) N Customer EscapesnProduction Output N Return/Failure Rate N
