NRole OverviewnWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our residential centre. This role is critical in ensuring seamless facility management, superior client experience, and alignment with our therapeutic programs. NLocation: Mulshi, Maharashtra NKey ResponsibilitiesnOperations & Facility Management Nn Manage day-to-dayoperations to ensure smooth functioning of the centre N Maintain high standardsof housekeeping, maintenance, hygiene, and safety N Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure zero service disruptions NnTeam & Vendor Management Nn Lead and supervise housekeeping, security, and F&B; teams N Manage external vendors(maintenance, pest control, AMC, etc.)
