NWhat You'll Donn Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. N Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM. N Scale winning campaignswhile maintaining profitability. N Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures. N Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. N Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives. N Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices. N Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation.



NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads. N Solid understanding ofMeta Ads Manager and Business Manager. N Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. N Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization. N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. N Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. N Excellent communicationand teamwork skills. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns. N Familiarity with GoogleAnalytics and tracking tools.
