Job DescriptionRole Overview NWe are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with 2–3 years of startup experience, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables N Documentation related to domestic & foreign investments N Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements N Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants N Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances N Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting N Preparation of MIS reports, budgets,



and basic financial analysis N Liaising with auditors,bankers, and regulatory authorities NnMust-Have Skills &Experience; Nn 2–3 years of relevant finance experience in a startup N Exposure to investment / fund-raising documentation, and FEMA & foreign investment regulations is a plus. N Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliances N Comfortable working in a quick-paced, evolving startup environment NnPreferred Qualifications Nn CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com N Experience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus N
