Urgent Hiring For CRM Lead

Location - Pune Kharadi

Salary - UPTO 14 LPA Depends on experience

Experience - 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team

5. Team Management & Execution Quality

Must-Have

• 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team

• Hands-on expertise with Clever Tap journey builder, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics (not

just campaign scheduling)

• Demonstrated experience improving Whats App or email channel metrics (bring numbers to

interview)

• Basic SQL ability to write queries to pull cohort/user data from a data warehouse

• Robust analytical mindset: you read dashboards to find problems,



not just to report numbers

• Experience building and documenting CRM SOPs and QA frameworks

• Strong written communication: you can write sharp, contextual messaging, not just

copy-paste templates

Good to Have

• Experience with Metabase or any BI tool for dashboard creation

• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms

• Send Grid or equivalent ESP experience for email domain management

• Background in health, fitness, edtech, or consumer subscription businesses

• Whats App Business API knowledge (template approval, quality ratings, conversation

categories)
