Laila Global Travel is a quick-growing international travel company offering tours, attraction tickets, desert safari experiences, cruises, yachts, visas, transfers, hotels, flights, and international holiday packages.

We operate across B2B and B2C markets and are building a strong technology-led travel platform for customers and travel-agent partners.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Website & Product Operations Executive who can independently manage the commercial and content-related backend of our travel website.

This is not a software developer or coding role.

The position is focused on website administration, product listing, pricing, catalog management, content updates, and B2B agent account management.

Role Overview

The Website & Product Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products, prices, packages, itineraries, promotions, agent accounts, and website content are accurate, updated, and published on time.

The selected candidate will coordinate with the sales, operations, package, B2B, marketing, content, design, accounts, and technology teams.

The person should have prior experience managing the backend or CMS of an e-commerce website, marketplace, travel portal, hotel platform, or online catalog.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Product Listing and Catalog Management Add new tours, attractions, visas, transfers, cruises, yachts, hotels, and holiday packages to the website.

Upload product titles, descriptions, images, videos, prices, policies, inclusions, and exclusions.

Assign products to the correct destination, city, category, and subcategory.

Update operating hours, meeting points, age restrictions, validity periods, and booking conditions.

Activate, deactivate, or archive products based on availability.

Check and remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect listings.

Pricing and Offer Management Update B2C and B2B prices from the website backend.

Manage adult, child, infant, weekday, weekend, resident, and non-resident pricing where applicable.

Add discounts, promotional prices, offer validity dates, and seasonal campaigns.

Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams before publishing major price changes.

Ensure expired offers and outdated prices are removed on time.

Verify currencies, taxes, markups, discounts, and final selling prices.

Holiday Package and Itinerary Uploads Add day-wise international and domestic package itineraries from the backend.

Upload hotel details, sightseeing, transfers, meals, visa information, and activities.

Add package inclusions, exclusions, terms, cancellation policies, and travel validity.

Create budget, standard, and premium package options where required.





Ensure website package information matches the approved quotation and supplier details.
4. B2B Agent Account Management Create and update B2B travel-agent accounts.

Verify and maintain agent company details and contact information.

Assign approved pricing, markup, credit, or account-access levels.

Activate, suspend, or deactivate accounts based on management approval.

Maintain records of active, pending, and blocked agents.

Coordinate with the B2B, accounts, and operations teams for account approval.

Homepage and Landing Page Updates Update homepage banners, destination sections, featured products, and promotional content.

Add seasonal offers, campaign banners, festival promotions, and limited-time deals.

Update headings, CTA buttons, images, links, and offer information.

Make routine content changes on landing pages and destination pages.

Check every update on desktop and mobile before publishing.

Website Content Administration Correct spelling, formatting, product information, and content errors.

Update outdated descriptions, policies, and booking conditions.

Add SEO titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs, and image alt text.

Resize, compress, rename, and upload website images.

Ensure consistency in City

Laila’s branding, tone, and content format.

Coordinate with content writers and designers for missing information or creative assets.

Website Quality Control Test inquiry forms, booking links, Whats

App buttons, payment links, and CTA buttons.

Check product pages for pricing, image, content, and formatting errors.

Identify broken links and technical issues.

Report technical problems to the development team with screenshots and clear explanations.

Verify all major updates before and after publishing.

Ensure website information remains accurate and customer-friendly.

Reporting and Internal Coordination Maintain a daily record of products added, edited, repriced, or deactivated.

Track pending website changes requested by different departments.

Share a weekly report covering completed work, pending requests, errors, and required approvals.

Coordinate with sales, operations, packages, ticketing, B2B, marketing, content, design, finance, and technology teams.

Follow priorities and deadlines assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience
2–4 years of experience managing an e-commerce website, online marketplace, travel portal, hotel website, or product catalog.

Hands-on experience using Shopify, Woo

Commerce, Magento, Word

Press, custom CMS, or similar website admin panels.





Experience in product listing, catalog management, price updates, and content publishing.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to handle images, videos, bulk product data, and website content.

Strong written English and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple update requests and meet deadlines.

Comfortable coordinating with several teams.

Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Travel agencies, OTAs, DMCs, hotels, attractions, or activity-booking platforms.

Holiday package or itinerary uploads.
B2B travel-agent account management.

Basic SEO and website content optimization.

Image resizing and compression tools.

Travel terminology such as FIT, SIC, net rate, markup, transfer, voucher, cancellation policy, inclusions, and exclusions.

Technical Knowledge

Advanced technical or coding skills are not required .

Basic knowledge of the following will be helpful:
HTML formatting
SEO metadata
CMS administration
Website analytics
Image optimization
The selected candidate will not be expected to handle server management, software development, API coding, or complex technical implementation.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be evaluated based on: Accuracy of product and pricing updates.

Turnaround time for website changes.

Number of products and packages successfully uploaded.

Timely creation of approved B2B agent accounts.

Reduction in website errors and outdated content.

Quality of mobile and desktop checks.

Completion of daily and weekly reports.

Coordination and response time with internal teams.

Ability to manage urgent commercial updates without errors.

What We Are Not Looking For

This role is not suitable for candidates who: Are looking only for a software development role.

Have experience only in social media posting.

Have never worked on an e-commerce or website backend.

Are unable to work with product data, prices, images, and content.

Are not comfortable working from our Bengaluru office.

Do not have strong attention to detail.
