Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our classroom and student operations. You'll ensure classes run smoothly, students stay on track, and day-to-day academic operations are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily classroom operations and schedules.
- Track student attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with students regarding attendance, assignments, and class updates.
- Manage class Whats App groups and student communications.
- Coordinate with trainers for class schedules,
materials, and operational needs.
- Assist with onboarding new students and maintaining student records.
- Support fee collection follow-ups and payment tracking.
- Prepare and update operational reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Resolve day-to-day student queries and escalate issues when required.
- Assist in organizing workshops, assessments, and offline events.
Who Should Apply
- Recent graduate or final-year student.
- Robust communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior internship or operations experience is a bonus but not required.
