Job Description

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in leadership role
- Proven track record of taking multiple products from zero to production at scale
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern backend stacks (Node.js / Python / Java / Go), API design, and microservices
- Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), Dev Ops, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD
- Solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, plus data pipeline and warehousing concepts
- Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based features into production products
- Experience hiring and scaling engineering teams from small to mid-size (10–50+ engineers)
- Strong understanding of security best practices, application security,



and data privacy regulations
- B. Tech / M. Tech / equivalent in Computer Science or a related field (Tier-1 institute preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in HR Tech, SaaS, talent/recruitment platforms, or marketplace products
- Experience in a startup or early-growth workplace with resource constraints
- Exposure to enterprise B2B sales cycles and technical pre-sales support
- Track record of building multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Experience with mobile application development (React Native / Flutter / native)
