- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level human resource management systems.
- Ability to work with system logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within business applications.
