About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, camera-friendly, and creative Beauty Content Creator who lives and breathes beauty, haircare, skincare, fashion, and social media. This role goes far beyond creating Instagram reels—you will become one of the faces of our brands, educating consumers, showcasing products, hosting events, interviewing experts, and creating engaging content that builds trust and drives sales.

If you are someone who naturally enjoys being on camera, understands social media trends, can explain beauty products confidently, and loves storytelling, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Linked In and emerging platforms.
- Produce product demonstrations, tutorials, before-and-after transformations, reviews, educational videos and trend-based content.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot and present videos.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers during shoots.
- Stay updated on social media trends and create timely, relevant content.

Brand Ambassador

- Become the face and voice of our beauty brands.
- Confidently explain ingredients, formulations and product benefits.
- Represent the company across digital channels.
- Build trust through authentic storytelling and product education.

Event Hosting

- Host product launches, salon events, education programs, masterclasses and influencer meetups.
- Conduct interviews with hairstylists, beauty experts, founders and industry leaders.
- Moderate live sessions,



webinars and panel discussions.
- Create behind-the-scenes coverage from events.

Social Media

- Generate daily content ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars.
- Participate in trending challenges while maintaining brand positioning.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement.

Product Education

- Learn about professional haircare, skincare and beauty products.
- Explain ingredients in simple, consumer-friendly language.
- Create educational content that helps customers make informed buying decisions.

Collaboration

- Work with brand managers, educators, designers, photographers and performance marketing teams.
- Coordinate with salons, influencers and creators during campaigns.
- Support product launches through compelling storytelling.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of the camera.
- Strong storytelling ability.
- Passion for beauty, haircare, skincare and fashion.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, You Tube and short-form video trends.

Preferred

- 1–5 years of experience in content creation, beauty influencing, social media or digital marketing.
- Experience creating viral short-form content.
- Knowledge of beauty, makeup, skincare or professional haircare.
- Experience hosting live events or webinars is a plus.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Photography and styling skills are an advantage.
