We are hiring CTO for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :

Role Summary:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution for our client's global platforms, including Omnichannel CPaaS, RCS, Network APIs, and other products and solutions.

The CTO will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms, driving innovation, and ensuring technology capabilities support both MNO and enterprise clients globally. This role will partner closely with Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to enable business growth and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Product Ownership

The CTO should have end-to-end ownership of:

- Telecom product strategy and roadmap
- Product engineering and R&D;
- Cloud-native communication platforms
- API ecosystem and developer platforms
- AI-driven telecom and customer engagement solutions
- Information security, governance, and regulatory compliance

Domain & Technical Expertise

- SMS, Voice, Whats App Business Platform (WABA), RCS, and CPaaS
- Telecom protocols such as SIP, SMPP, Diameter, and SS7
- Kubernetes, Microservices, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Multi-tenant SaaS and communication platforms
- High-availability, carrier-grade distributed systems

Commercial & Customer-Facing Responsibilities





- Supporting pre-sales and solution design for strategic opportunities
- Working directly with telecom operators and enterprise customers
- Driving technology partnerships and innovation initiatives
- Aligning product and technology investments with revenue growth

Reduced Focus on Enterprise IT Operations

Minimizing references to traditional enterprise IT responsibilities such as:

- Helpdesk operations
- End-user computing
- Internal IT support

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced qualifications in cloud, architecture, or security are a plus.

Experience:

- 18+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
- At least 8 years in a senior leadership position (CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Technology).
- Robust experience in telecom, CPaaS, messaging platforms, or SaaS infrastructure.
- Proven experience building large-scale, high-availability systems.

Key Skills:

- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols (SMPP, SS7, SIP, Diameter, etc.).
- Experience with high-volume transaction systems and real-time processing.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on technical understanding.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
