We are looking for a Membership Coordinator Intern to manage the end-to-end membership process. The role includes calling prospective and existing members, coordinating memberships, assisting with registrations and renewals, and ensuring a smooth member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective and existing members regarding memberships.
- Assist with recent memberships, renewals, and upgrades.
- Coordinate documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Explain membership plans, benefits, and ongoing offers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain membership records in the CRM.
- Prepare daily activity and membership reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the membership journey.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups.
- Confident in handling customer interactions over the phone.
