We at Coforge are seeking a Monitoring Executive to support IT operations in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
- Perform 24x7 monitoring of PRADIP systems and critical infrastructure at the Data Center (DC).
- Monitor alerts, events, and system health through monitoring tools.
- Log, track, and update incidents/service requests in the ticketing system.
- Ensure timely alert handling, escalation, and follow-up as per the defined escalation matrix.
- Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely closure of tickets.
- Coordinate with support teams, OEMs, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and incident reports.
- Maintain shift handover reports and operational documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them for preventive action.
- Support FMS Helpdesk operations and ensure uninterrupted monitoring services.
Required Skills
- Experience with Monitoring and Ticketing Tools.
- Basic understanding of Data Center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
- Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to NOC/Service Desk/Data Center monitoring environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
- Experience in FMS Support Operations.
