About the job

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients




- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates against client requirements
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/database
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Negotiate pay rates and obtain candidate confirmations (RTR)
- Ensure compliance with required documentation (licenses, certifications, background checks)
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets
- Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Utilize job boards like Indeed, Linked In, and Monster effectively for sourcing
