Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our business by developing robust relationships with hospitals, dealers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare, medical device, or hospital industry and be willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Generate leads, negotiate business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences,



and customer meetings.

Travel within and outside Kerala as required for business development.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, hospital sales, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Valid driving licence is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Attractive performance incentives

Travel allowance as per company policy

Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Six-day working week (as per company policy)

Probation & Training
Probation: 3 months

Training: 15 days of product and company training.

During probation, leave will be governed by the company's leave policy.
Notice Period
30 days prior written notice is required for resignation or as per the employment agreement.
