Role: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong business analysis, technical, and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of BSA/BA experience, strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, data mapping, APIs, and requirements analysis, and relevant experience in the Insurance /Annuities domain.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis and data mapping across applications and systems.




- Use advanced SQL for data analysis, validation, and problem-solving.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, system flows, and technical designs.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case reviews and defect triage.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical and scalable improvements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
